Uncles Enoch ,Henry,Laurie, Jasper, Lee , were Southern Baptists in Oklahoma...Enoch and Aunt May were wealthy..(Biggest Wholsaler in Oklahoma... Red Bud Stores...Unce Laurie shipped loads of potatoes from Colorado (Montrose) to his Brother Enoch in Oklahoma.... Uncle Jasper( John Elmo's Dad (I saw as a Blacksmith he operated for shoeing horses in Capitol Hill.....& later Salesman of a Million dollars in one year in Metropolitan Insurance...Uncles Charley(I saw him Baptized as a boy) in Oklahoma City)... Charley & Henry.. made with the two Scalzo brother 's the largest Bakery for restaurants in southern California. Each sold control of "4S Bakeries to Western Bakeries for nearly half a million.. (Big $ in those days,,,.Charley & Henry were "silent" Partners in the first 6 Outdoor RESTAURANTS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.. (in COLLEGE..Uncle Henry took me to horse races... He was part of the original ownership of Santa Anita.
