Dear Family

I awaken to another beautiful day. I cannot think of any other place in all the world I would rather be than right here, for who I am... And what I am.

As I begin my 92 year; I know it will be exciting. I again place my ultimate trust in the unconditional love of God, who, mysteriously & uniquely, became one with humanity in Jesus Christ, & whose spirit relates to nature & the human condition in a never ending source of changing life....

What a wonderful world! As I look out my window on the trees, flowers stretching up the hillside, I rejoice in another day, to relate to my fellow companions in this challenging Laboratory of Living.

I’ll squeeze today and every day something good, fun, exciting & challenging... I occupy space... breathe God’s good air, and rejoice that I can choose what I want to do...and I choose to think some of God’s Thoughts after Him...I can’t put it into words, but I feel accountable, as a steward.

I like my classess, the spa, where I visualize each of you every day, and pray for you to have quality life and satisfying achievements... My “Cocoon”, ”Palace”, & food has everything!

In my future, I’d like to visit Oregon in July & Colorado in September. I go to Balboa Park Museums regularly, have signed up for many plays, operate 2 “Listening Posts” affirm & listen to lot’s of my fellow “Afternooner” Journeyer’s here. I hope, we, as a family can finish our $25,000 “Styn-Shikles Scholarship Fund at Redland, honoring Carol& our Family this year.
